ShoeTracker.ai is owned and operated by ADS DELIVERY LIMITED (Kv. Vitosha, Blvd. "Cherni Vrah" 192А 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria), with creative delivery provided by DELIVERYONCONTENTS™ (Israel). The service generates personalized, illustrative unboxing videos using the information you enter. By using the link your store provided, you agree to these Terms.

2. Illustrative Nature

ShoeTracker.ai provides an enhanced tracking experience based on shipment data retrieved from the 17Track API or similar. The platform does not operate an independent shipping-tracking service. All shipment status information originates from third-party carriers and tracking providers, and ShoeTracker.ai transforms this data into a personalized visual experience for the end customer.

3. Uploaded Images – Studio Feature

If you upload an image, you confirm that: You own the rights to use it; It will be used only for generating the video; The file is automatically deleted after processing. You retain full ownership of your uploaded content.

4. Sharing Your Video

Once you share or download the MP4 file (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, etc.): The file is stored on those platforms; Others may forward it; ShoeTracker.ai cannot control further distribution. Sharing is entirely voluntary.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not upload or share: Illegal or copyrighted content without rights; Hateful, abusive, or harmful content; Images of others without permission. We may restrict access for violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShoeTracker.ai is not responsible for: Shipping delays; Incorrect tracking information; Store errors; Carrier mistakes; Misuse of your video by others. Your purchase contract is with the store, not ShoeTracker.ai.

7. Privacy (For Customers)

We collect minimal data needed to generate your video: Name, Shoe model, Tracking number, Optional uploaded images. Data Handling: Files are processed temporarily. Deleted automatically after video creation. Videos are not stored permanently. We do not sell or share personal data. We collect only minimal data (first name, sneaker model, tracking number) solely for generating your reel. EU/EEA users may request access, correction, deletion, or export of this data at any time. 8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved in Kv. Vitosha, Blvd. "Cherni Vrah" 192А 1407 Sofia, Bulgaria.

9. Audio Licensing

Videos generated on the ShoeTracker.ai platform may include music licensed from Epidemic Sound and/or audio generated using Stable Audio AI. Such content is cleared for commercial use within the platform. Users may use and share the final videos as provided but may not extract or reuse the audio separately. All rights remain with the original licensors.
